Happy Tuesday friends! It’s the week of Christmas, and I am sooo over shopping, gift guides, etc. I think it’s time to be eat Christmas cookies on the couch in my pajamas, and I hope you agree! This outfit post is a long-time coming because I have been storing these Stuart Weitzman Hiline OTK boots in my closet since Summer! I got them on sale because I just couldn’t stomach the full price. Online shopping is my jam, especially when I need to do some last minute shopping. But the biggest drag to online shopping during the holidays is paying for rush shipping! How to solve that problem? Amazon Prime. Guaranteed 2 day shipping is absolutely the best, and if you have refused to pay for an Amazon Prime account, I am here to tell you it is so worth the money. Plus, a lot of items, including books, and beauty products, are usually cheaper on Amazon, so you save money AND time spent at the mall. Happy Thanksgiving Friends! My belly and heart are full of food, holiday cheer, and wine – just how I like it. First off, I am so thankful for many things – my life, my dad and extended family, Bryan, loving friends who are the family members I have chosen, and so much more. Of course, I am thankful for all of you who read my blog, look at my pictures, comment on my posts and Instagram, and who just CARE. It sure makes a girl feel special. I wish each and everyone of you a blessed Turkey Day. When I get sappy, I just babble, so let’s move onto some shopping.

Lauren James Black Friday Mystery Box 2017

Can you all believe this week is Thanksgiving?! The Holiday season is truly beginning and after coming back from Disney World (See my IG pics here), I am totally ready for all the festivities coming up. B and I are traveling down to Nashville (our first time!) to meet up with his Dad. This is the first time I won’t be at “home” for Turkey Day, since we are renting a house down in Honky Tonk Country, but I know we will make the best of it!

Since we won’t be at our home base, I can’t hit up the local Target or mall to see the craziness of Black Friday shopping. I usually go out more for the novelty of seeing people fight over TVs. My idea of Black Friday shopping is sitting in my PJs with some leftover pie, scouring the online sales. Friday is our day to explore Nashville, so I am hoping to do some shopping late Thursday night!

Speaking of Black Friday deals, Lauren James, a brand I met this past Summer at TBS Con, reached out to me to preview their Black Friday “Your Day Just Got Better” Mystery Box. I adore the preppy style of Lauren James and am so excited to share this great gift idea with you all. The box is $40 and you don’t know what you’ll get in it, until it arrives at your door.
