The day is finally here!  It’s pretty much Christmas Morning when the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale rolls around.  If you have never heard of/experienced the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, let me give you the deets.  Every July, Nordstrom debuts Fall items, including exclusive designer pieces, home furnishings, and beauty sets, made especially for the sale.  The items are discounted throughout the sale and they go back to full price when the sale ends.  While it is sweltering in the DMV these days and I CANNOT even begin to think about how Summer is wrapping up and the Fall is nearing, I love grabbing some Fall fashion staples at a great price.

Important Dates

July 13 – July 20:  Early Access for Nordstrom cardholders

July 21:  Sale opens to the public

August 6:  LAST day of the sale

If you are a Nordstrom cardholder, you get early access to the sale from July 13 through July 20, and that is a huge perk.  Many of the hot items, which are produced in limited quantities, sell out quick.  I’m looking at you, Stuart Weitzman Elevated knee-high boots.

I like to do most of my shopping from the comfort of my own home, but I will be stopping by my local Nordstrom tomorrow and see the goods for myself.  I have my eye on this Chelsea28 Bell Sleeve Poplin top, which will be super on trend for the Fall.  Booties and boots are always included in the sale and I would love to pick up a new pair.  These Vince Camuto Karinta Block Heel Booties caught my eye, but I will let you know the verdict once I try them on!

Halogen No-Closure Blazer – super cute in pink! I would throw this on over a tank and black skinny pants for work.

Two by Vince Camuto Waffle Stitch Vest – love a sleeveless sweater for late Summer/Fall

Zella Cece High Waist Open Knee leggings – new workout leggings are always a must.

This Saturday, I will be heading to the Pentagon City Nordstrom for brunch and to preview some more of their Anniversary Sale items.  I am apologizing now, because this won’t be the last you will see/hear about the sale!  It’s just THAT good.
