The Perfect OTS Top For Spring + Summer

Are you guys sick of off the shoulder tops yet? I’m not and hopefully, you aren’t either! When brands keep an item around for multiple seasons, you know it’s most likely a crowd pleaser. This Free People ‘Show Me Some Shoulder’ blouse is no exception. I remember seeing it last Spring and finally added it to my closet! It’s the perfect OTS top for Spring and Summer, so just keep on reading to find out why!

The tunic length is perfect to pair over jeans, the elastic on the shoulder keeps it in place, and the bows add a cute touch. The material is a light cotton, so you won’t get too hot wearing it. I also love all the colors it comes in – black (shown above), white, chambray, and light pink. Black is just easy, not see-through, AND it solves the only drawback to this top – it wrinkles very easily! Ugh. As I mentioned in my previous post, I loathe steaming and ironing clothes (I also tell you how I try to overcome this issue!), so this particularly grinds my gears. That’s why I got it in black, since any wrinkles show up way less. But even in these pictures (after intense steaming) you can still see wrinkles! Oh well. At some point, I just don’t care, because it’s still cute!

I can’t believe it’s already May! B and I are planning out our Summer calendars and while I am excited to do some trips, with graduation parties, family obligations, etc., the weekends fill up so fast! I wish time would slow down just a little bit.
