Hello Hello! I don’t know about you all, but I am sooo glad it is Wednesday! Unfortunately I did not get MLK Day off, so I have been trekking through the work week. DC is gearing up for the Inauguration and I am working on doing everything to keep calm.
In the mean time, the weather around here has been so weird. Think 30 degrees and snowing/freezing rain and then two days later, 53 degrees. Mother Nature cannot make up her mind. But on the bright side, light sweaters like this Free People pullover are perfect. Now you all know my love for sweaters, but I ESPECIALLY love Free People sweaters. They are so comfortable and effortless. I throw mine on over leggings, add a few accessories, and I am good to go!
This ‘Love’ split back pullover has a cute boatneck and a fun back that isn’t too revealing, so you can wear a regular bra, a bralette, or whatever you please. Like most Free People sweaters, it is oversized, so I go down a size and grab an XS in most of their items. Sometimes the arms can be super tight, but this one is great – there’s just enough room and the sweater has a nice stretch to it. A downside, is that you should probably hand-wash it OR wash it and then lay it flat to dry. Free People sweaters can be a bit finicky and this material is super soft and smooth, so you want to take care of it!
Free People sweaters are some of the best sweaters around, as the styles are always new and cool, and you can wear all of them with leggings! I always like to buy 1-3 sweaters before Fall/Winter, so that I can add them into my wardrobe.
