These are the first set of photos from my shoot with Laura, and I love them all so much!  This ASTR dress is one of my favorite picks for the Fall.  ASTR is sold at Nordstrom and they have afforable pieces that are on-trend, while being classic enough that you can wear them over and over again. This dress is no exception.  It’s a shift dress, so the shape is very flattering and forgiving.  The faux suede material is super nice and smooth.  Plus this taupe color is everywhere this season.

For my feet, these Vince Camuto booties are an oldie but goodie.  I especially love the sleekness and gold zipper.  You can recreate the look by wearing any type of black bootie that you love!  For a different look, I will definitely throw on some knee-high or OTK boots.

To cover up my shoulders, I would throw on a cropped leather jacket to keep it edgy with the black booties, or put on a nice black blazer to class it up.

I cannot believe it is time to say goodbye to October.  While I personally hate Halloween (I’m terrified of clowns), I hope you have a great Halloween!
